Situated at the highly desirable northern end of the Gold Coast’s strip, Huntington Rise is in one of Australia’s biggest growth corridors, an area that is experiencing an explosion of development. They approached us to establish a strong point of difference with their marketing, that would captivate a like-minded audience, generating virtually qualified enquiries to facilitate sales conversion.

We created a unique brand identity along with a roll-out of signage and press advertisments to capitalise on the vision of open spaces as an anodyne to the crush of Gold Coast suburbia.

The campaign ran out across 6 stages and at times we had customers sleep out the night prior to Stage releases in order to secure the most sought-after best blocks.
